    there s also the sense of achievement when you get a person to start listening to you And then the reward when you find the right person In this post AIESEC AAU would like to introduce you Sara one of our promising young member who as a Dane stepped out of her comfort zone and said yes to a whole new mindset Sara taking selfies like a true AIESECer I grew up in a typical Danish family in a small village in the middle of nowhere I went to high school and then to university everything right on track with getting a great career however I didn t do much outside my school work even though I had enough spare time I found out about AIESEC and decided to sign up When I got in I was so excited and I wanted to start working right away It s absolutely wonderful for me to be in AIESEC especially since it has given me the chance to meet some amazing individuals The first step in being a member in AIESEC is that you attend a local training seminar which for me was an absolutely amazing experience I got to know all my new fellow members and I was also taught a lot about how AIESEC works The real work began with the first weekly meeting in iGCDP which is the functional area I was assigned The best experiences I ve had during my time in AIESEC have been my conferences so far I ve attended two as a delegate and one as an organising committee member It s absolutely wonderful for me to be in AIESEC especially since it has given me the chance to meet some amazing individuals I learn something new every day in AIESEC and feel the courage

  • Brazil with Agne - Where the sun never sets - AIESEC
    a Masters student of Development and International relations with the specialization in Latin America I made up my mind to get the insight of my specialization by choosing the internship in Brazil It is one of the best decision I have done so far It is already 8 weeks since I am in Belo Horizonte and I would like to share my experience with you Week 1 At the time I landed I still couldn t believe that I am in Brazil Having heard all the scary stories by my friends and seeing all these stunning pictures of Brazil I was insecure what to expect At the time I arrived I received so called First class service have been picked up at the airport and safely taken to my host where I live with my co worker from Peru The first working days were challenging since I was the last intern to arrive I had to jump in the 3rd week s workload to catch up with my team mate Some Brazilian food below Week 2 coming up next week Tags abroad Agne Brazil internship masters Share this entry Share on Facebook Share on Twitter Share on Google Share on
